**QC Lab Technician - French Speaking**
For my client - a globally renowned biotech in Neuchâtel, Switzerland - I am looking for an experienced QC Lab technician to join an innovative team.
**Description**

- You bring solid laboratory experience, including biochemical methods such as ELISA, enzymatic activity, Western Blot, etc.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Perform biochemical analysis activities and supervision according to laboratory procedures while respecting GMP/BPD rules and/or projects related to Quality Control department activities.
- Follow all current procedures.
- Fill in various forms, logbooks, and documents while adhering to Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices and ALCOA+.
- Inform the Supervisor in case of non-conforming and/or invalid results on the same day orally and/or in writing and initiate the event in the quality system within the specified deadlines.
- Manage laboratory investigations.
- Execute reagent/consumable qualification and validation protocols (method, system, equipment).
- Ensure that equipment calibration and maintenance are in order during analysis.
- Respect real-time Kanban management.
- Report deviations from the procedure to the method/equipment manager and to the Supervisor/delegate/expert.
- Be able to identify and resolve some minor problems related to your area of expertise (Troubleshooting).
- Prepare solutions or approve laboratory solutions.
- Manage and organize the laboratory in general, following 5S standardization standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
**Critical Requirements**
- Minimum education level: Laboratory/biology CFC or another relevant scientific field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a QC laboratory in a cGMP environment.
- Experience in Electrophoresis, Elisa analysis, or enzymatic activity determination preferred.
- Fluent French and technical English.
- Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit
**Practicalities**
- Location: Neuchâtel, Switzerland
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract duration: 12-month contract - with the high chance of extension
