**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du bist Teil des vierköpfigen Finance Teams. Zusammen mit dem Head of Accounting erstellst Du die Abschlüsse termingerecht.
- Du unterstützt die anderen Teamkollegen:innen (Hauptbuch, Debitoren, Kreditoren) bei ihren täglichen Arbeiten.
- Als Controller:in analysierst Du Abweichungen, erstellst Nachkalkulationen und unterstützt Projektarbeit.

**Deine Skills**:

- Erfahrene Finanzfachperson mit entsprechender Aus
- und Weiterbildung (eidg.dipl. Buchhalter:in, Fachfrau/Fachmann in Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen o.ä.)
- Praktiker, mit entsprechender Abschlusssicherheit
- Vergleichbare Erfahrung in einem KMU, idealerweise im Retail
- gute IT-Kenntnisse in finanzrelevanten Systemen und Tools
- Leidenschaft für prozessuale und operative Fragestellungen im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen
- das Weiterentwickeln von internen Prozessen liegen Dir
- vernetztes Denken und Handeln gehören zu Deinen Stärken
- Du bist eine proaktive und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit
- Du bist lösungsorientiert, umsetzu
