We are looking for a logistics hub employee (M/F/d) for our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel.

**Background**:
The Logistics Solutions Basel & Kaiseraugst service module offers business services, provides high-quality, cost-efficient offers and recognizes trends at an early stage. Simple and uncomplicated access to the various services for all employees is a central concern. We meet the different requirements with expertise and ensure operational relief, effective use of existing assets and compliant procedures. Logistics Solutions takes care of goods and shipments that come to the site, are stored and distributed here or leave the location. As an employee (M/F/d) at the Basel Logistics Hub, you are responsible for logistics activities such as receiving goods and shipping goods.

**Main tasks and areas of responsibility**:

- Production supply through inward and outward transfer of materials
- Disposal management
- Tank management
- Clothing management
- SPOC for solida production for logistics inquiries
- Responsible for the correct operational handling of the processes (incoming goods / outgoing goods) in compliance with compliance requirements (GMP, dangerous goods, etc.)
- Proactive participation in process optimization and quality improvements

**Must Haves**:

- Completed professional training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable
- Further training as a logistics specialist or comparable further training is an advantage
- Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in a GMP / GDP regulated environment
- Very Good PC knowledge (SAP, Office and other user programs)
- Fluent in spoken and written German, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Good business understanding, service-oriented and high flexibility
- High level of structured and independent working style
- High level of customer orientation and professional and proactive approach all stakeholders
- Structured, focused and organized way of working, assertiveness and motivation, working independently and resilient
- Training in the dangerous goods sector is an advantage
