**Job description**

As an Administration & Operation Executive you are responsible for providing excellent service and support to the Sales Team, Distributors and Customers in the territory assigned to you.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Key contact and support for customers
- Maintain history and traceability files and products
- Coordinate new customer approval process
- Maintain and control prices
- Manage and maintain distributor contracts and consignment contracts
- Single point of contact for incoming complaint reports
- Order entry, which is a vital and an important major part of the day
- Returned product handling

**Job requirements**
- Team player with good communication skills
- Customer driven, organized (time-management) and proactive team player that can also work independently
- Experience in a similar function in an (medical) international environment is highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft office and ERP systems
- Able to work in a high pace environment where multitasking may be required
- Attendance to the office from 08:00 till 17:00.
