- We're looking for "Subject Matter Expert" to:
- Tagfertige Überwachung, Bearbeitung und Analyse von Exceptions im Post-Trade Bereich
- Schnittstelle für interne und externen Kunden bei handels
- und operativen Anfragen
- Monitoring des Wertschriftenprozess zur Gewährleistung der Tagfertigkeit
- Handelsdepotabstimmung, Abklärung, Bereinigung und Dokumentierung der Positionsdiffe-renzen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der IT bei der Lösungsfindung und -erarbeitung

**Unser Team**
- You'll be working in the [Mid-Office Cash Securities Switzerland team in Zürich.
- Werden Sie Teil unseres motivierten und dynamischen Teams bestehend aus langjährigen Mitarbei-tenden im Bereich Global Wealth Management Operation. Wir arbeiten eng mit dem Execution (Ak-tien, Fixed Income, Strukturierte Produkte), diversen Fronteinheiten, Settlement (Brokerage) und IT-Fachstellen zusammen. Wir pflegen einen offenen Austausch und kollaborative Zusammenarbeit. Fördern Sie Ihre berufliche Entwicklung in einer Rolle, die Ihnen die Möglichkeit bietet, vielseitige Tätigkeiten abzuwickeln und mit diversen Front-to-Back Stakeholdern zu interagieren.

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bei einer Bank oder Kaufmännische Ausbil-dung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Banking
- Erfahrung im Bereich Wertschriften Operation
- Analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit effizienter Priorisierung und Planung, hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in einem Umfeld mit einem hohen Grad an äusseren Veränderungen und Komplexität
- Proaktive, hartnäckige, problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Service
- und Dienstleistungsmentalität
- Ausgezeichnete konzeptionelle, Umsetzungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
