- und -vertriebsgeschäft der BKW mitzugestalten? Unterstützen Sie mit Leadership und Expertise das Leitungsteam des Geschäftsbereichs «Energy Markets» in der Weiterentwicklung der Strategie und in der Förderung der Nachhaltigkeit**

**Ihr Gestaltungsraum**
- Sie führen den Prozess zur Erarbeitung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsbereichsstrategie sowie der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie von «Energy Markets» und koordinieren diesen über alle Geschäftseinheiten hinweg
- Sie sind federführend in der Strukturierung, Organisation und Dokumentation von Workshops mit der Geschäftsbereichsleitung zu strategischen Themen
- Sie bewerten Geschäftsopportunitäten strategisch im engen Austausch mit den internen Expertinnen und Experten des Bereichs
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die personelle und fachliche Leitung der Organisationseinheit Strategy & Sustainability
- Bei Bedarf leiten Sie mit Ihrem Team transversale Strategieprojekte für den Geschäftsbereich Energy Markets
- Sie stellen das Nachhaltigkeits
- und ESG-Reporting von «Energy Markets» gemäss den Vorgaben des Konzerns sicher

**Ihre Stärken**
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder Naturwissenschaft (Universität, ETH)
- Sie bringen eine Berufs
- und Branchenerfahrung von mindestens fünf Jahren mit, idealerweise waren Sie dabei auch im Management Consulting tätig
- Sie besitzen eine vertiefte Kenntnis des Energiehandels
- und -vertriebsgeschäfts im internationalen Umfeld
- Sie haben nachweislich Erfahrung und Methodenkompetenz in der Strategieberatung, Strategieentwicklung und im Führen von Strategieprojekten
- Ihre Fähigkeit zum zielgruppengerechten Aufbereiten und Kommunizieren von Informationen sowie zum Verfassen von Analysepapieren ist ausgezeichnet
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fliessend; Kenntnisse in Französisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil
