For our Lugano Branch (TI) we are searching for professionals to be included in staff of our organization. In particular, we are looking for a Corporate PMO that will support directly the DACH General Manager.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Support DACH General Manager in his daily activities and in particular:

- Preparation and sharing of different dashboards for top management and C-Level
- Preparation of Steering Committees and Top Management meetings
- Collect Resources and Budget inputs from Accounts
- Support market analysis and public tenders response

**Qualifications and Skills**
- At least 3 years of experience as PMO, preferably in Consulting area
- Degree in engineering, economics or computer science
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, preferably with C-Level or upper
- Experience with accounting and budgeting processes
- Experience in international IT Governance
- Planning, controlling and monitoring capabilities
- Editing, reviewing and presenting management report
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Italian, German will be considered as a plus
