**Randstad Inhouse Services **is looking for a Supply Chain Expert (M/F/d) for **Lonza AG **(100%). This is a **temporary position for 12 months **with an opportunity to extend.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify potential supply chain issues, provide analysis (root cause), and recommend solutions
- Address key critical process improvement in the supply chain (process, system, R&R and RACI)
- Design and develop long term solutions, create training support and SOP’s and WI’s documentation
- Drive cross functional projects independently with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate actively as team member in projects
- Establish KPI and dashboard
- Support / Back up SAP Blueprint project lead
**Key requirements**
- Master degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
- 5 years in project management / supply chain operational functions
- Excellent knowledge on SAP MM, IM, PP, WM, Master data
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (GxPs)
- APICS / SCOR certification or equivalent preferred
- PMI / Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to partner across functions to deliver best solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently at all levels, within the company
- Highly developed change management and diplomacy skills
- Team player
- Fluency in English is a must; German is a plus
