Production Trainee

**Title: Production Trainee**
**Duration: 6 months, as of January 2025**
**Location: Satigny, Geneva, Switzerland**

We are looking for a motivated and curious student to support supply chain planning performance improvement efforts at our key manufacturing facility in Satigny, Switzerland. In this position you will gain hands on knowledge on critical operational planning functions and help our capacity planning team to structure and optimize tracking reports, metrics, and dashboards with the goal to maximize customer service performance and gain more efficiencies.

**Your key responsibilities / project scope recommendation**:

- Follow the activity and suggest improvement.
- Participate to daily follow up
- Support capacity planning team in daily activities.
- Project: Create an efficient reporting / dashboard to follow the activity and the performance of the sector

**You bring**:

- Master degree student, preferably in continuous improvement, production management or food engineering
- Motivation and eagerness to learn
- Fluent in French, English is a plus
- MS Office (Excel) proficiency, Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of extrusion
- knowledge SAP ERP is a plus
