Aufgrund unseres kontinuierlichen Wachstums suchen wir ab sofort einen Flow Control Room Administrator für unser Team in Galgenen (SZ), Schweiz.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

- Sequenzierung und zeitliche Planung von Aufträgen, welche von anderen Abteilungen priorisiert werden, unter Berücksichtigung der Verfügbarkeiten von personellen und technischen Ressourcen und entsprechender Ausbalancierung der Arbeitslast
- Überwachung der termingerechten Ausführung von Aufträgen und Alarmierung der Betriebsteams zur Einleitung von Korrekturmassnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von User Acceptance Tests von neu implementierten Änderungen und Updates in SAP EWM
- Erstellung von Statistiken/Berichten und Präsentationen über die anstehende Arbeitsbelastung und entsprechende Kommunikation des Ressourcenbedarfs an die Betriebsteams
- SAP EWM mit ensprechender Eskalation schwierigerer Fehler an den Next-Level-Support weiterleiten
- Schnittstellenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung und den operativen Supervisors im Distributionszentrum
- Vertretung des Warehouse Management System Leads in dessen Abwesenheit

**Qualifications**
Folgende Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/oder umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder IT
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Warehouse Management Systemen und/oder fundierte praktische Erfahrungen in der Lagerhaltung und Logistik
- Hohe IT-Affinität im Umgang mit MS-Office-Suite (vor allem mit Excel)
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit mit Menschen unterschiedlichster Herkunft und Ebene proaktiv zu kommunizieren und zusammenzuarbeiten
- Gutes Standing, so dass Ergebnisse und Standpunkte in einer festen, direkten und konstruktiven Weise präsentiert werden könnten
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und prozessorientiertes Denken
- Hohes Mass an Flexibilität, selbständiges Arbeiten und ausgeprägte Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) und gute Englischkenntnisse
