**Leiter Quality Assurance und KAIZEN-Manager, Mitglied der GL (m/w/d)****:
**Ihre Verantwortung**
- Operatives und Strategisches Führen und Entwickeln der QA-Abteilung mit aktuell 5 Direct Reports
- Erstellen, Umsetzen und Überwachen der Qualitätsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele
- Sicherstellen des fristgerechten Abschlusses von Abweichungen und Reklamationen sowie der dazugehörigen Korrekturmassnahmen (CAPAs)
- Regelmässige Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und weiteren externen Stakeholdern
- Verantwortlich für den Auf
- und Ausbau einer unternehmensweiten KAIZEN-Kultur durch die Schulung und Implementation gängiger KAIZEN-Tools und die Durchführung regelmässiger KAIZEN-Workshops
- Brückenbauer zwischen den verschiedenen Abteilungen zu den Themen Quality Assurance, GMP Compliance und KAIZEN
- Unterstützung und Begleitung von Kunden
- und Behördenaudits

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, ideal im Bereich Pharmazie/Naturwissenschaften
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP/GxP-Umfeld
- Mehrjährige und ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und KAIZEN-Methodiken
- Versierte Anwendung relevanter SW-Applikationen
- Ausgeprägte Leadership
- und Kommunikations-Qualitäten
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sparringpartner innerhalb der Geschäftsleitung
- Strategischer Denker, initiativer und operativer Macher mit hands-on Mentalität
