We are looking for a Program Manager “Global Payments Solution 2025”
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Responsible for the end-to-end program and project delivery based on committed scope, time and budget of the assigned program/ project(s)
- Provide program, project and resource planning
- Initiate and monitor program, project tasks and actively report program and project progress (status, activities, etc.)
- Proactive management of program and project risks and issues
- Break down overall roadmap/program, project goals into working packages
- Assure quality of program, project results
- Identify key stakeholders and maintain close contact with Sponsors, STC Members and other stakeholders
- Lead and motivate stream-leads and project team
- Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the operations organization(s)
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- 10+ years of experience as a successful Project/Program Manager using senior project management skills and methodologies (waterfall, agile)
- Experience with Temenos T24 implementations, ideally with Temenos Payment Hub
- Experience and ability to manage large and complex projects (IT, Business, Transition), especially integration / implementation of “Standard SW” into a legacy system landscape and replacing / renewing major parts
- Excellent communication also on senior management level, problem solving and organizational skills
- Solid business knowledge across major areas of Core Banking, Finance, Risk
- Solid knowledge in base technology and concepts of Banking Core Systems
- Higher Education, e.g. University, «Fachhochschule», «Wirtschaftsinformatik»
- Certification in Project Management is an advantage
- German/English: Business fluent (verbal and written)
