Während mindestens sechs Monaten unterstützt du die HR Business Partner bei operativen und strategischen Aufgaben. Du erhältst einen Einblick in den Aufgabenbereich eines HR Business Partner sowie die Personalarbeit bei einem global tätigen Unternehmen.

Du kriegst die einmalige Möglichkeit im Bereich HR beim Aufbau des modernen Bioparks in Visp mitzuarbeiten.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft

Unterstützung der Manager im Umgang mit dem HR-System Workday

Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von internen Schulungen und Workshops

Selbständige Erstellung von HR-Reportings

Prüfen von Daten im HR-System (organisatorische Anpassungen)

Mitwirkung bei internen HR-Projekten und Events

Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Konzepten

Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern

Generierung und graphische Aufbereitung von Umfragen

**Unsere Anforderungen**:
BSc/MSc in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Rechtswissenschaften oder ähnlichen Studiengängen (keine Berufserfahrung in HR erforderlich)

Proaktive, selbständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Kommunikations
- und Integrationsfähigkeit

Affinität in Planung und Organisation, Prioritätensetzung

Hohe Affinität im Umgang mit IT-Tools (Workday, MS Office)

Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten

Gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache
