Innovation Intern

**Position Summary**

As an Innovation Intern, you will be a member of the Innovation team to support different projects and innovation activities. One of your specific projects will be on ways of working in the sensory evaluation unit to propose a digital solution to improve the sensory training journey and experience. Using design thinking and lean start-up approaches will guide you to map the internal sensory training needs, identify pain points for both users & trainers and recommend a solution to optimize the sensory training journey.

You will be fully integrated into the innovation team and be able to support other activities, especially related to innovation sprints & generative AI based concept development.

**A Day in the Life of an Innovation Intern**
- Immerse yourself into the sensory training journey
- Connect with internal colleagues from various departments to identify pain points for users and trainers
- Map the sensory training journeys considering all relevant aspects
- Support the innovation team in various activities such as ideation programs, trends identification, or concept generations, especially by exploring and testing generative AI tools

**What will make you successful**
- Student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or similar
- Strong interest in Food & Sensory Science, first experience is an asset
- Digital savvy and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to explore and work with Artificial Intelligence tools
- Consumer centric with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
