On behalf of our client, an expanding crypto firm, Swisslinx is seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to join the team based in Zug. Your role will be crucial in driving the firm’s financial strategy, ensuring sustained growth, and optimizing profitability. As a finance expert, you will provide insightful analysis and lead financial planning and risk management efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analyses, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the executive team in fundraising activities and engage with investors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations, both domestically and internationally.
- Liaise and manage external accounting provider.
- Stay updated with developments in the cryptocurrency market and assess their impact on the company's financial position.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and/or relevant further education and qualification
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including the ability to create and implement financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Proven track record in preparing comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, including executive management, investors, and regulatory authorities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data representation.
- Prior working experience in the crypto, blockchain or technology industry would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Strong desire and interest in disruptive technologies and affinity for new technological solutions
