We are looking for a trainee in the marketing department (80% - 100%) from August 2023 or to be agreed upon.

The internship lasts **six months**. It can be renewed once.

The mission:
You will assist the Brand Managers in their day-to-day tasks, which include the following:

- Management of the promotion system
- Creation of special promotions to acquire new clients
- Management of cashback campaigns.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of promotional campaigns
- Management of customer requests and feedbacks
- Coordination of client communication
- In-app messaging
- Management of the app’s investment universe
- Updating the investment product descriptions, logos and factsheets
- Analysis and management of the expansion of the investment universe
- Management of corporate actions
- Website content integration
- Creation and integration of new web pages
- Update of the Swissqoin page
- Daily updates

**Qualifications**:
Your skills:

- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, CREA (or equivalent)
- You have a good command of spoken and written French and English (German is a plus)
- You’re creative, open-minded, communicative, curious and ready to learn
- You enjoy working independently
- You’re interested in the world of finance
- You like working in a team
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-growing start-up environment
- You have a proactive and “can do” attitude
