Project Financial Controller

Who you are
- Good knowledge of the measurement, processing, and communication of financial information regarding economic entities, which aims to document the organizations’ resource management.
- Broad knowledge of financial and operational processes, their inter-dependencies and how to work through them.
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting rules, standards, and manuals.
- Good knowledge of how to assess, analyze and mitigate risks in a business environment.
- Good knowledge of how to plan, measure financial records in compliance with internal and external regulations and ensuring value for money in reaching business objectives and long-term profitable growth.
- Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI
- Analytical mind and fluency in English
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Energized by increasing stake holder value, driving business growth, and contributing to overall success and results through people.

A day in your life with us
- Support the team with setting up and maintaining the financial structures to follow-up project cost and performance and support decision making in line with global frameworks.
- Work in close cooperation with Market Establishment Manager, Project Manager and Country Business Navigator Manager to secure the multi-dimensional view of the project when conducting the necessary analysis.
- Evaluate the cost performance with stake holders in focus, creating insights on the project costs and performance as well as support business steering.
- Provide accurate, timely and relevant project information and expertise to the necessary target groups in a way which inspires and engages them to take meaningful decisions and actions to achieve the goals.
- Have a full overview of the Project cost supporting and steering the team to achieve their goals in these areas.
- Perform variance analysis, reviewing and challenging reported actuals and forecasts and first level of commentary.
- Work closely together with the local and/or centralized Accounting & Reporting Operations to ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely Accounting and Financial and Management reporting based on standard global frameworks and local legal requirements.

This is a limited assignment until 31st of March 2024.
