General Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Align the local team around the strategic objectives
- identify issues, apparent problems, opportunities, and recommend action plans as required
- Design and implement strategic growth plan of “C”
- Through internal development, partnership and acquisitions bring “C” to $60-80M within three years.
- Align “C” with the working standards of “MC”
- Build strong management team.
- Refresh the R&D department, convert it from “maintenance” mode into “innovation”
- Position “C” as a leader in its business segment, offering innovative and unique solution with high margins, rather than selling commodities,
- Constantly monitor and accurately report on the projects’ progress to all stakeholders including senior management

**Job requirements**:

- B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
- Proven Management position in the electronic industry for 10 years
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management of a complex multi-disciplinary system.
- Experience working multinational Europe and the US
- Excellent knowledge in R&D, engineering and planning processes having experience with the full product lifecycle
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Has proven experience in building a successful team
- Knows how to develop customers and grow a company
- Experience in successfully working within a large global corporation or companies is a plus
- Ability to engage and recruit top entrepreneurs and startups at different stages
- Fluent English
