Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- Defining and driving the overall DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
- Providing architectural guidance and best practices for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud environments.
- Designing scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps frameworks to optimize software development and deployment.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assess requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
- Leading discussions on DevOps transformation, cloud adoption, and automation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Advising on tool selection and technology roadmaps to enhance DevOps efficiency.
- Mentoring teams on DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
Achieving the difference requires
- A Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in DevOps practices, with a strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) frameworks like Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong ability to guide teams in adopting DevOps culture and methodologies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience in designing resilient and high-availability architectures.
- Strong ability to guide teams in adopting DevOps and DevSecOps culture and methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud security models, zero-trust architecture, and identity & access management (IAM).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
