Location/Division Specific Information
This position is field based in Europe (EMEA), with a remote home office location. This role would have a preferred location in proximity to our UK or Reinach demo lab, but not exclusively.

Division: Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD)

How will you make an impact?

A day in the Life:

- Helps achieve commercial goals and team/individual goals.
- Guide sales representative and customers to the best solution for their short
- Coordinate your support activities within your region using good time management skills
- Extract and communicate market intelligence and voice of customer, participate in developing market growth strategies, helping with various marketing collaterals.

Keys to Success:
**Education**:

- Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, PhD would be preferred.

Experience, knowledge, skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with mass spectrometry coupled to liquid chromatography (LC/MS) is crucial, Orbitrap familiarity is a plus.
- Biochemistry knowledge in protein and/or oligonucleotides preferred with a familiarity of the market trends.
- Positive personality with a sense of accountability and aim for continuous learning, analytical and problem-solving skills, customer focused.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to work in teams and share information, knowledge and experience.
- Capable of taking the initiative, prioritizing and seeking support when needed.
- Excellent oral (public speaking) and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel and Driving License.
