Sales Operation Leader

**Job Description Summary**:
The Sales Operation Leader will report to the Hydro Commercial and Strategy Leader and will work in close collaboration with the Hydro Sales Managers and General Managers in the regions.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Define and pace the Sales daily management with each sales managers in the regions, in support of regional General Managers
- Create and implement account plans and capture plan methodology
- Define the strategy and plans to sign frame-agreement/long term partnerships with few key strategic customers
- Define the strategy and plans for early positioning on the Pumped Storage Hydro markets
- Organize the collection of market intelligence and ensure SFDC is up-to-date
- Be a leader in the cultural change, having an open mindset and driving customer centric behaviors
- Collaborate with the other GE Vernova businesses to share best practices and create synergies
- Work with absolute integrity and full adherence to the Ethics and Compliance Rules
- Promote “safety first” within and outside GE Vernova
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Marketing or Business from an accredited university
- Significant experience in industry-related Sales, Commercial Operation and/or marketing functions
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytic and strategic abilities
- Passion for aggressive commercial growth
- Experience effectively working in and managing a matrix environment, across different cultures and time zones
- Strong presentation skills at the executive level
- Ability to drive positive change in an organization
- Customer, service and solution driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Sales analytic tools is a plusLe responsable des opérations commerciales sera rattaché au responsable commercial et stratégique de l'énergie hydroélectrique et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs des ventes et les directeurs généraux de l'énergie hydroélectrique dans les régions.
**Responsabilités Essentielles**:
- Définir et rythmer la gestion quotidienne des ventes avec chaque responsable des ventes dans les régions, en soutien aux directeurs généraux régionaux
- Créer et mettre en œuvre des plans de compte et une méthodologie de plan de capture
- Définir la stratégie et les plans pour signer des accords-cadres/partenariats à long terme avec quelques clients stratégiques clés
- Définir la stratégie et les plans pour un positionnement précoce sur les marchés de l'hydroélectricité à accumulation par pompage
- Organiser la collecte de renseignements sur le marché et s'assurer que SFDC est à jour
- Être un leader dans le changement culturel, avoir un état d'esprit ouvert et favoriser les comportements centrés sur le client
- Collaborer avec les autres entreprises de GE Vernova pour partager les meilleures pratiques et créer des synergies
- Travailler avec une intégrité absolue et un respect total des règles d'éthique et de conformité
- Promouvoir la « sécurité avant tout » au sein et à l'extérieur de GE Vernova
**Qualifications**:
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie et/ou en marketing ou en commerce d'une université accréditée
- Expérience significative dans les fonctions de vente, d'exploitation commerciale et/ou de marketing liées à l'industrie
- Compétences avérées en leadership et en gestion d'équipe
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de stratégie Compétences
- Passion pour une croissance commerciale agressive
- Expérience de travail efficace et de gestion d'un environnement matriciel, dans différentes cultures et fuseaux horaires
- Solides compétences de présentation au niveau exécutif
- Capacité à conduire un changement positif dans une organisation
- Esprit axé sur le client, le service et la solution
- La maîtrise des logiciels CRM et des outils d'analyse des ventes est un plus
