Warehouse Operative

Proclinical AG is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Warehouse Operative.

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking shipments and efficiently managing the flow of materials, tools, equipment, and products within our establishment. Your primary duties will include receiving, processing, storing, and distributing materials, as well as inspecting products for damages and reporting any issues as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track shipments and ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products.
- Inspect incoming products for damages and report any issues to appropriate personnel.
- Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas using hand trucks, electric hand trucks, or other appropriate equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in logistics, preferably with knowledge of tugger trains and forklift operations.
- Proficiency in German language is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on-site; remote work is not available for this position.

Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: CHF31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
