**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Gemeinsam mit dem Customer Success Manager bist du das Bindeglied zwischen dem Kunden im Spital
- und Klinikumfeld und dem internen Produktteam.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden erarbeitest Du Lösungen, wie das Produkt optimal in die Organisations
- und Prozesslandschaft integriert wird.
- Mit Deiner Unterstützung sorgst Du für positive Kundenerlebnisse mit dem Einsatz der Klinik-CRM Lösung.
- Du bewegst Dich auf der technischen
- und auch kommerziellen Ebene.

**Deine Skills**:

- Erfahrung im Bereich Medizininformatik und/oder Projekterfahrung in Zusammenhang mit Softwareeinführung im Medizinbereich
- Die Fähigkeit mit Business Analyse die Bedürfnisse und Gegebenheiten der Kunden zu erkennen und die richtigen Erkenntnisse abzuleiten
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von kleineren Projekten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Wirtschaftsinformatiker, Informatiker, Medizininformatiker oder technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft
- Technischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Background sowie Erfahrung in IT-Projekten und Service Management
- Freude an agiler, interdisziplinärer und selbstorganisierter Teamarbeit
- Konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken und Handeln
- Freude im Austausch mit Kunden und ein gewinnbringendes Auftreten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift), weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
