- Continuously expanding our ICT shop and enhancing expertise.
- Evaluation, procurement, and implementation of new service integrations.
- Coordinating project implementation internally with departments/directorates and externally with service providers.
- Contributing to continuous improvement through optimization, digitalization, and automation of processes on the ServiceNow platform.
- Managing, supporting, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

**Deine Skills**:

- Completed training as a specialist in computer science EFZ.
- Enjoyment in developing and implementing processes.
- Ability to analyze complex interrelationships and a strong networked mindset.
- Already possess an ITILv4 Foundation certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Already certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator or show a willingness to become certified in this role.
- Already have experience with the ServiceNow platform and ideally possess ServiceNow Micro certificates of any kind.
- Knowledge of BPMN2.0 is an advantage.
- Direct communication and transparency are essential for you. Collaboration with external partners and other developers enriches your way of working.
- Fluent in German and English.
