**This position reports to**:
Electrification Global Head of Talent and Learning

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of the Talent Strategy for Electrification by engaging with the Business and HRBP’s on the diagnostic and prioritization, as well as executing E2E solutions to support the Electrification Talent Management Framework.
The work model for the role is: #hybrid #remote
You will be mainly accountable for:
Support a smooth transition from the current Talent Assessment practice to the new Talent Assessment landscape, working near the Divisions, GBS, and external partners creating new processes, education, and communication aligned with the new ambition.
Translate the Talent Management needs into technology solutions and prepare a roadmap (toolkit) to support the transition from the current EL Talent management practice to WorkDay
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our Talent Management Strategy, supporting the EL dashboard and providing insights about the challenges and opportunities to further develop our key Leadership competencies
Ensure all solutions are inclusive and aligned with the ABB D&I strategy.
Proactively engage with the wider HR community, ensuring education and utilization of the products, tools, and systems that support Talent Management.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Previous consolidated experience in facilitating or leading Talent Management practices in global and complex organizations. Previous experience as HRBP and OD is desired.
- Previous experience in facilitating and leading change.
- Excellent stakeholders management, selfdriven, open and curious. Has an inclusive approach.
- Commercially and digitally minded, Microsoft 365 proficient.
- Understanding of key industry trends and best practices in talent assessment and career development.
- Master’s Degree is highly preferred, a bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Fluency In English, excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills within virtual teams.
