As a Global Buyer, you will be in charge of executing a Sourcing strategy for the assigned spend, and being accountable for Sourcing economic performance.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive supplier sourcing activities for the sub-category (assessments, selection, resourcing, RFQs,)
- Act as a Vendor Account Owner for the scope : negotiation, business review,
- Own execution of supplier panel transformation initiatives : resourcing, consolidation, risk mitigation
- Develop a pipeline of cost reduction initiatives and opportunities across all Sourcing leverages
- Ensure consistency of sourcing roadmap data and target achievements

**Key activities**:

- Drive Sourcing execution leveraging network across sites globally
- Lead execution of transformation initiatives
- Identification of new sources, negotiation, supplier selection
- Build up and maintain strategic supplier relationship and ensuring high level of supplier management
- RFQ and TCO analysis
- Contract management
- Phase in / out of suppliers
- Price List maintenance

**Experienc**
**es**:

- 3+ years Sourcing experience in international organization
- University degree
- Fluent in English

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approx. 1500 passionate people.
