Pour nous accompagner, nous recherchons un / une / x Program Manager, qui travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les services métiers et les équipes techniques de la transformation digitale.

Le Program Manager est responsable du pilotage d’un ou plusieurs projets, de la phase d’étude jusqu’à la réalisation, dans le cadre des objectifs fixés et en assurant le respect des impératifs de coûts, délai et de qualité. Il anticipe les impacts des transformations et conduit l’accompagnement au changement.

Les missions qui vous attendent:

- Cadrer la mise en place d’un programme et des projets sous-jacents
- Elaborer une roadmap globale, définir les jalons-clés, les dépendances et les échéances avec les parties prenantes
- Piloter la roadmap et garantir la livraison des projets
- Identifier, intégrer et coordonner les ressources nécessaires
- Conduire le RFP pour le choix du partenaire intégrateur
- Diriger une équipe de programmes pluri-fonctionnelles composée de collaborateurs internes et de partenaires externes.
- Piloter le partenaire intégrateur choisi
- Gérer les délais, le périmètre, la qualité et le budget du programme
- Produire et présenter le reporting de manière transparente et assurer la communication adéquate en fonction de l’auditoire
- Identifier et gérer les risques
- Identifier et suivre les KPIs liés à la performance du programme avec l’aide du PM

Votre profil:

- 5 ans d’expérience confirmée dans la mise en œuvre d’un programme ERP (la connaissance de GuideWire serait un atout)
- 10 ans d’expérience confirmée dans la gestion projets
- Expérience confirmée des méthodes de gestion de projet agile et waterfall
- Certification en gestion de projet (PMI, Hermès, IPMA, SaFe,)
- Idéalement, 5 ans d'expérience en Business Analyse sur de mise en place de plateformes CRM SAAS (expérience sur Office 365 appréciée)
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (capacité rédactionnelle, échange niveau minimum C1).

Vous êtes également organisé, proactif, curieux et enthousiaste. Vous aimez travailler en équipe dans un cadre pluridisciplinaire avec des équipes internes et externes. Vous êtes également capable de piloter un sujet d’envergure de manière autonome.
Grâce à votre sens de la communication et votre entregent vous avez un très bon relationnel avec vos interlocuteurs.
