What you will do*
- The Accounting Clerk is focused on the accounting of the Swiss Metyis entities under the supervision of our Swiss Financial Controller and is part of the Global Finance team which consists of 10 FTE led by the Global Finance Director.
- Management of accounts including sub-ledgers for our Metyis entities based in Switzerland
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to the Swiss Code of Obligations
- Preparation of monthly reporting of group entities based in Switzerland for HQ and balance sheet reconciliations as support
- VAT statements for group entities based in Switzerland
- Wage mandates including social security statements
- Preparation of tax returns for group entities based in Switzerland
- Participation in consultations
- General accounting work
**What you'll bring**
- Accounting/administration (Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role in accounting / bookkeeping
- Fluency in German and English, both orally and in writing
- Honest and trustworthy in handling confidential information
- Accurate and quality-minded person
