ONBOARDER MARKETPLACE 100% Do you want to join a new team within Ecommerce to make Decathlon a more complete sports shop, by allowing partners to sell products on our Swiss website? Then apply for this role now Marketplace, what is that exactly? One of Decathlon's key drivers worldwide is to make sport as accessible as possible. With our marketplace, Decathlon wants, in addition to our own passion brands, to further expand the offer with everything a sport lover needs, these are new products and brands, but in the long run also: services, locations, tickets, travel, training, etc. The marketplace ensures that, for the right and relevant partners, we create a simple and accessible platform on which they can offer their products and/or services through us. We do this in cooperation with several European countries, allowing sports brands and retailers to connect directly with millions of customers in the various European markets. What exactly does this role entail? As Onboarder within the Marketplace team, you will become the expert for us and for our partners when partners start joining our marketplace. After signing a contract with a partner, you will contact them to start the onboarding process. You ensure that an online shop is created with corresponding administrative actions. In the onboarding process, you guide the partner in completing their account and take care of the technical in collaboration with the Tech lead. Finally, you make sure that the partner's products are neatly displayed on the site. Naturally, you then monitor whether your approach is successful and share the results with your colleagues. In this way, you continuously monitor where new opportunities arise on the platform and in the market and act accordingly. Are you rolling in the dice? No, you certainly won't. Together with the other members of the Marketplace team, we are doing something completely new within Decathlon Ecommerce. So in part, you will definitely still be able to dress up your own role. But what needs to be done on a national and international level is pretty clear by now.
