PAYMENT & REPORTING ADMINISTRATOR - DÜSSELDORF OR KONSTANZ

We are looking for a Payment & Reporting Administrator, to be based in our Düsseldorf or Konstanz office.

**YOUR SKILLS MUST INCLUDE**:

- Completed education and/or two years of work experience in accounting
- Flexibility to complete tasks as required
- Team player mentality
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with the exciting field of yachting
- The ability to set the right priorities, especially under time pressure

**RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE**:

- Responsible for the execution and processing of payments
- Reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Yacht and project accounting
- Maintaining the database of supplier/service provider bank details
- Invoicing Ocean Independence clients for ship management services
- General support with regard to the management of yachts and vessels
- Ensuring that all financial and contractual information is kept strictly confidential
- General office management
