**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsmanagementprozessen im Bereich Maschinenbau
- Durchführung von Qualitätsaudits und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards nach DIN EN ISO 9001
- Erstellung von Fehleranalysen (8D) und Umsetzung von entsprechenden Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Anwendung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops zur Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter für Qualitätsstandards und -methoden
- Implementierung von FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) zur Risikobewertung und -minimierung
- Analyse von Produktionsdaten mittels Pareto-Analyse, um Schwerpunkte für Qualitätsverbesserungen zu identifizieren
- Koordination mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um Qualitätsziele zu definieren und zu erreichen

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement oder Lean Management
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Maschinenbau
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in DIN EN ISO 9001 und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von 8D, A3, Pareto und FMEA
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SAP
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
