This role involves providing assistance in the development of the planning and fulfillment processes, skills and tools, working and leading continuous improvement projects. Support the master data management and improve IS basic standards. You will perform detailed evaluations for planning and fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization) together with a small team.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Optimizing the data structure and business processes in PPS/AVOR and master data management
- Project management of digitalization and continuous improvements in SAP and systems within Operations and connected functions.
- Improve availability and service level with respect to customer requirements
- Compiling and sending regular reports to the Operations Manager on planning and fulfillment and inventory performance
- Identifying root causes for non-performance, and driving improvement initiatives across the operation flow of goods
- Implementation of improved processes including training documents, work instructions and execution of process reviews area
- Leading and developing the employees in the defined
**Your background**:
- Vocational commercial training and several years of experience in a similar position
- 3 years of experience in Fulfillment or working as material planner
- Expert knowledge of SAP and material planning methods
- Experience in digitalization projects
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
