Unser ROCKEN Partner ist ein sehr erfolgreiches Ingenieurunternehmen, welches sich als Fachplaner für anspruchsvolle und grösste Projekte in der Deutschschweiz in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär, und Gebäudeautomation eine führende Marktposition erarbeitet hat.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Leiten und Anspornen eines Teams bestehend aus Elektroingenieuren und Technikern.
- Entwickeln von Elektroplanungskonzepten und technischen Lösungen für komplexe Projekte.
- Überwachen und Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards der Projekte.
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Erfassung und Umsetzung ihrer Anforderungen.
- Technische Begutachtung von Plänen, Berechnungen und Dokumentationen.
- Abstimmen und Koordinieren mit anderen Fachabteilungen und externen Kooperationspartnern.
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Fähigkeiten und Förderung des Teams.
- Identifizieren von Trends und Innovationen im Bereich Elektroplanung.

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Elektrobereich.
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektroplanung.
- Fundiertes Wissen über relevante Normen und Vorschriften.
- Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten und hervorragende Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist.
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Projekte.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse.
