Manpower recherche pour une prestigieuse maison horlogère, un-e HRBP pour un poste en CDI à 100% à Genève.

**Votre mission**
- Gestion complète du cycle de vie des collaborateurs.
- Recrutement, engagement, intégration, développement et gestion des rapports de fin de travail des collaborateurs.
- Conseils personnalisés aux managers pour toutes questions RH, ou liées au développement de leurs équipes et à la gestion des conflits.
- Vous participerez aux projets et à l’amélioration continue des processus RH.
- Vous serez le partenaire RH et vous aurez la responsabilité, de la stratégie et du plan d’action à moyen/long-terme des différents services.
- Gestion administrative de la population (processus administratifs liés aux entrées et sorties, gestion des salaires, gestion des temps, etc.) Vous participerez au processus budgétaire ainsi qu’au processus de revue salariale annuels en y apportant le regard RH.

**Votre profil**
- Titulaire du Brevet Fédéral RH.
- Expérience réussie d’au minimum 10 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Solides connaissances de la législation suisse en matière de droit du travail.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Organisé et autonome, vous avez le souci du détail et êtes doté d’un très bon sens du service.
- Vous êtes une personne de terrain. Proactif et empathique, votre aisance dans les contacts humains et votre sens de l’écoute vous permettent d’être apprécié par l’ensemble de vos interlocuteurs.
