Am Standort Visp wird ein GMP Trainer (m/w/d) gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Verantwortlich für effektive und effiziente Schulungsprogramme im Bereich GMP, für Mitarbeiter im Schichtdienst bis hin zum Leitungsteam, unterstützt durch die lokale Qualitäts-Schulungsinfrastruktur
- Arbeitet eng mit den entsprechenden Qualitätsteam zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Schulungsprogramme mit den Qualitäts
- und Geschäftszielen übereinstimmen und die funktionalen Ziele unterstützen
- Führt alle relevanten Schulungen gemäß der Matrix durch, koordiniert mit der Unternehmensstrategie und den globalen Anforderungen der Qualitätskontrolle
- Unterstützt die Entwicklung von GMP-Schulungsplänen, um eine konforme Ausbildung auf allen Ebenen sicherzustellen.
- Bietet GMP-Schulungen im Klassenzimmer und direkt in der Produktion an, einschließlich der Beurteilung der Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen der Teilnehmer
- Verantwortlich für den Prozess im Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS), Schulungsmatrix und Risikobewertung

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, von Vorteil im chemisch-pharmazeutischen Bereich
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im GMP-Bereich, insbesondere im Kontext der Biopharma-Industrie
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen im GMP-Bereich
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisationsfähigkeit
