With 100 employees and more than 4.000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents with headquarters based in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality.

Batgroup (Batmaid, Batsoft, and Putzfrau.ch) was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurance that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.

For this reason, we are seeking a dedicated and responsible leader as** Agency Manager **for our subsidiary **PUTZFRAU.CH** in the Basel region.

Your Mission:

Recruitment of highly qualified cleaning staff:

- Developing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified cleaning professionals.
- Building a talent pool through targeted recruitment and networking.
- Ensuring a diverse and competent team.

Sustainable achievement of agreed-upon goals:

- Formulating clear, measurable goals for the company and the team.
- Implementing efficient strategies to achieve goals.
- Continuous monitoring, adjustment, and optimization of processes for long-term success.

**Requirements**:

- Successful management of the finance and personnel teams with a focus on an efficient team culture.
- Profound knowledge in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll accounting.
- Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Independent, proactive approach with high precision and interconnected thinking.
- Effective time management.
- Enthusiasm for collaboration in a diverse team.
- Promotion of an inclusive work environment.
- Stress tolerance, absolute reliability.
- Proficient knowledge of the latest IT.
- Quick grasp of innovative software solutions and technologies.
- Fluent in written and spoken German (C1/C2 level).
- Good communication in English (min. B2 level).
