**Role Description**

We are looking for a SLA contracts administrator with prior experience of at least three (3) years of Renewal Sales with SLA contracts, Direct Sales or Telesales. You will support the research, development, presentation and negotiation of post sales support agreements with End Customers and Channel Partners. You will also manage installed base data management in SFDC; interface with Finance and Accounting for booking and revenue management; support the regional account managers on new sales opportunities and support customer inquiries in relation to their Harmonic installed base and renewal opportunities.You will be responsible for supporting the SLA managers and sales teams in the achievement of bookings and revenue target as it pertains to the sales of Support Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The role is based in Fribourg, Switzerland. As the role is at 50%, Harmonic expects a physical presence in the office. You must be willing to work across multiple time zones.

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensure contract compliance with contract terms, Harmonic policies and SOX rules
- Work with the customer and Harmonic Sales, as necessary, to get to a mutually acceptable quote and to close the deal
- Support Order Management and Finance & Accounting in the booking of purchase orders
- Perform data validation in Corporate systems
- Assist SLA Managers with quote generation and data analysis for renewal quotes
- Assist Harmonic internal finance and revenue teams with certain calculations
- Prepare and submit SLA quotes using Apttus, SFDC and Excel for new and renewal sales opportunities mostly in EMEA and APAC
- Assist SLA Managers and Support Sales with analysis, pricing, administration and other due diligence associated with the quoting, sale and maintenance of SLAs
- Lead & Assist the negotiation of price and terms & conditions with customers (direct and indirect)
- Maximize contracts renewal rates and meet quoting metrics

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to environment and changes in priorities
- Ability to understand legal and financial concepts behind support contracts
- Ability to manipulate and analyse database and information in excel for quotes and formulate conclusions/plans and experienced in MS Excel and the management of complex data analysis
- Capable of defining pricing/quoting strategies. Data manipulation and analysis in Excel of outbound quotes and inbound PO’s
- Independent, self-starter, must be capable of identifying issues and proposing and executing solutions
- Manage projects and drive contract execution to conclusion
- Organized and capable of maintaining clear and organized records of contracts
- Ability to manage contracts within SOX rules
- Prior experience in a publicly listed US Multi-National Company
- Ability to understand technical solutions
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Languages: Fluent English is a must; other languages are a plus
