Compliance Coordinator

As the premier supplier to our client, a leading commodities company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Compliance Coordinator.

Our client is looking for a Compliance Coordinator which is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and with our internal standards and policies in order to asses, identify and document compliance risks.

Key responsibilities:

- Performance of requested compliance checks, responsible for the execution of the Know Your Customer and Due Diligence procedures for the client’s department
- Responsible to asses and provide guidance to the business in order to effectively avoid, respectively manage compliance risks
- Interact closely with the Contract Writing Team, Traders, traffic as well as with the Corporate Compliance Department
- Also, will have direct contact with customers and clients in felid offices worldwide in order to request and evaluate the compliance documentation

Your background:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar in Economics, Law or similar; Commodity trading a plus
- Prioritize tasks to work with short deadlines and ad-hoc requests
- Strong experience working with people from various multi-cultural backgrounds inside and outside a company
- Strong understanding of workflows legal requirements and the interaction between both
- Fluent in English
