Aufgaben
- Unterstützung sowie Beratung der Kunden am Telefon
- Administrative Abwicklung der Bestellungen
- Überwachen der termingerechten Ausführung der Aufträge
- Technische Abklärungen mit den internen Stellen
- Täglicher Kontakt mit dem Aussendienst
- Ansprechperson in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Alternativ handwerklich | technische Grundbildung und Weiterbildung als Technischer Kaufmann (a)
- Explizite Erfahrung als Sachbearbeiter (a) im Verkaufsinnendienst
- Berufserfahrung im handwerklichen oder technischen Umfeld gewünscht
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und «can-do»-Mentalität
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Teamfähigkeit
- Vernetztes Denken und planerische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse erwünscht
- Fundierter Umgang mit MS-Office sowie ERP-Systemen
