**Your challenge****:
As Compliance Business Manager you will take on the following tasks:

- Proactive and efficient support of the Group Head Compliance, especially in the areas of planning, preparation and follow-up, budgeting, appointment organisation, travel management, etc.
- Carrying out evaluations, reporting, maintaining the intranet presence and further organisational and administrative tasks on your own responsibility
- Collaboration in cross-group projects

**Your profile****:
Your profil:

- Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or vocational baccalaureate with an affinity for the area of compliance or relevant professional experience as a business and/or project manager
- Professional handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Independent and organized way of working and ability to work under pressure
- Accurate and reliable as well as solution-oriented way of working
- Flair for dialogue and consensus building
- team player
