Digital Strategy Executive

Based in our Corporate Office in Geneva or Dubai, we are looking for a Digital Strategy Executive.
This position participates in the optimisation of the different digital channels and digital platforms in order to increase Kempinski brands online visibility and to make direct online revenue grow.Key Responsibilities

**General**
- Optimises the digital channels to reach the relevant online audiences in order to drive qualified traffic to our digital platforms
- Supporting the Digital team in ensuring websites are optimised and providing consistency across conversion metrics
- Supports the hotels for any request or questions on digital central systems and global digital strategy

**Digital Channels**
- Follows and optimises paid media campaigns performance (SEM, Paid Social, Display Advertising, Metasearches ) to improve digital performance KPIs
- Drives digital agency actions with regular follow ups
- Works closely with the Corporate Marketing team to run Corporate digital campaigns
- Coordinates SEO actions for both Corporate and hotels websites : content audits, keywords optimisations, ranking analysis
- Enhances digital visibility through the different online listings

**Digital Platforms**
- Maintains our digital platforms tracking in order to measure and optimise the right KPIs
- Supports in coordination of digital platform enhancements and updates
- Supports the team in ticket creation and UAT related to digital platforms

**Reporting and Hotels Support**
- Maintains digital campaigns reports in order to measure ROI and improve digital campaigns performance
- Analyses Kempinski websites and digital platforms performance reports to optimise content user experience and conversion
- Maintains dashboards to report on digital channels and platforms results
- Updates manuals and guidelines delivered to the hotels

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Passionate about digital and innovation.
- Min. 2 years of work experience in digital, experience in hospitality or tourism would be appreciated.
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment with excellent English skills. Additional language may be an advantage.
- Proven skills of using Google Analytics and acknowledge of digital platforms as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
- General knowledge of tracking and attribution topics
- Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
- Problem-solving and result-oriented
- Previous experience working with a CMS
