**Deine Aufgaben**
- Verantwortlich für den 7x24 Betrieb der Cyber-Defence-Sensorik für unsere Detect & Response Services (SIEM, EDR, NDR, VuMa)
- Gewährleisten der Service-Verfügbarkeit und Performance (1st/2nd Level Support, Change
- & Release Management) inklusive Mitarbeit in der Pikettorganisation
- Sicherstellen der Kommunikation zu Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Teams
- Laufende Plattform-Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung sowie Automatisierung und Skalierung der Services
**Das bringst Du fachlich mit**
- Abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Application Management
- Hohe Affinität für Sicherheit, Automatisierung und Betrieb
- Erfahrung im Betrieb und Aufbau von IT-Services mit Lifecycle Management, Monitoring und Automatisierung für das Application Management
- Erfahrungen mit einer oder mehreren der folgenden Applikationen: QRadar, Splunk, Palo Alto Cortex XDR, Tanium, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Vectra, Tenable.io

Als Teil des Bereiches Managed Security & Network Services (Technology) betreibt unser Application-Management-Team die Sensorik für unsere Cyber-Defence-Services. Vielfältige Themen rund um Software-Management und Life Cycle in unterschiedlichen Umgebungen sowie der tägliche Austausch mit Kunden gehören zu unseren Kernaufgaben. Egal ob bei der erstmaligen Inbetriebnahme einer neuen Software oder beim täglichen Betrieb von unseren standardisierten Services: Mit unserem umsichtigen Handeln stellen wir sicher, dass unsere Kunden auf einen zuverlässigen Cyber-Defence-Service vertrauen können.
