- Our Big Data Platform scrum team is seeking an agile experienced scrum master with deep understanding of technology deliverables to enhance our Advanced Analytics Platform who:
- will work closely with Product Owner to ensure deliveries are aligned with overall strategy
- is managing the entire agile workflow in JIRA (PIs, Sprints, ceremonies, review meetings etc.)
- will collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
- will identify opportunities to improve our processes
- can represent the agile team in different meetings

**Your expertise**
- strong servant leader who can garner respect from individuals, puts their needs first and with a strong attitude of transparency
- a comprehensive expertise in agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- excellent facilitation & communication skills
- ability to communicate effectively well within team and across international teams
- assertive, to ensure that Agile values and principles are adhered to while being pragmatic about practices
- a proven track record in successfully building, releasing, and maintaining large-scale user-client centric digital systems in complex environments - preferably within financial services
- advanced knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab
- Scrum Master certification
