- Assist the Equity Partner & Market Head Latam with certain UHNW client requests to whom we provide Family office services;
- Manage the Equity Partner's calendar, prepare clients meetings, organise business trips, complete the poste processing of client calls, client meetings or business trips for the Equity Partner;
- Manage the expense claim process for the Equity Partner proactively;
- You take minutes of clients meetings (e.g. documentation formalities, compliance, other requests of the clients) and save in appropriate environment (contact notes, appropriate IT systems);
- Organise yourself in an efficient and compliant manner and ensure timely and appropriate information of the superior;
- Conduct reviews, plan ahead and document your own work at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Finance or Hospitality;
- Min. 10 years' experience in position of RM Assistant or Personal Assistant in the Finance environment;
- Knowledge of banking products and services;
- Service-oriented, client-oriented, self-starter and autonomous, able to work under pressure and to ensure a 5* service to UHNWI;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, French is a plus.
