The Welcome Ambassador is responsible for:

- Welcoming our guests in front of the hotel
- Taking care of their car and their luggage
- Handling guest requests and complaints that are directed to them
- Driving guests when requested

As a Welcome Ambassador you are responsible for ensuring a warm, welcoming and witty experience to all guests making sure all requests are approached in order to offer them Wow moments.

**PROFILE**
You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to be part of our team.
You have experience in Guest Service department in a high end, lifestyle kind of environment.
You have a natural affinity to styling trends.
You are creative and always think of new ways of doing things.
Be in possession of a car licence for more than 3 years
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience

Position to be filled from April 2024, for a one-year contract, with the possibility of renewal
