Assembler (80-100%)

To strengthen our team (approximately 15 employees) in the Assembly & Logistics area, we are looking for a dedicated employee (f/m/d) 100% for our assembly area at the Baden location. The position is in the series assembly of turbochargers. You will report to the Head of Assembly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble the turbochargers and balance the rotors according to the applicable quality regulations and the agreed delivery dates.
- Read and understand instructions and follow the established processes.
- Control of the work equipment provided.
- Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP).
- Visual control of components.
- Storage and retrieval of components.

Your background
- Completed apprenticeship as polytechnic EFZ (specialization assembly) or automotive mechanic.
- Independent and responsible way of working.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in written and spoken German.
- Good user skills in MS Office, especially Excel skills are an advantage.
- High commitment, readiness, and flexibility.
- Good understanding of quality.
