In this position, you will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies. **What You Will Be Doing**
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers
- Open doors to new strategic customers
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

**What You Bring To The Job**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or multiple years’ experience in similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Multiple years’ experience in a relationship building role with a technical product (account management, business development or project management)
- Knowledge of high/medium voltage switchgear market/players
- Willingness to travel
- Travel Requirementsless than 25% in average, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Czech, Bulgaria, Korea and India etc. 1-3 days
- En: B2 - Upper Intermediate
- Ge: B2 - Upper Intermediate

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience in technical sales, customized products is preferable
