About the opportunity:
We're expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us. As a member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing company that values its employees and encourages personal and professional growth.

You will be responsible for:

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via various channels
- Handle customer bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about our services and assist customers in making informed decisions about their travel plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure up-to-date customer data in our systems

About you:

- Fluent knowledge of French and German languages
- Good knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure to meet client requirements and expectations
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From CHF23.60 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
