Medical Advisor Diabetes

Als Medical Advisor haben Sie die Aufgabe, relevante medizinische Programme und wissenschaftliche Informationen zu entwickeln, umzusetzen und der klinischen und wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaft zur Verfügung zu stellen. Diese Bemühungen folgen einer globalen Strategie, die an lokale Bedürfnisse und Compliance-Vorschriften angepasst ist.

Aufgaben
- Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung der Wirksamkeit lokaler medizinischer Aktivitäten
- Kommunikation und Interaktion mit fachspezifischen Expertengruppen sowie Ärzten und Klinikpersonal, um BI und die Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und zu befriedigen sowie das Bewusstsein für BI-Produkte in der akademischen und klinischen Gemeinschaft zu fördern
- Förderung der Interaktion und Kooperation zwischen Medical und Marketing sowie Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung des integrierten Brand
- und Customer Plans unter Nutzung aller klassischen und innovativen Kommunikationskanäle
- Planung, Initiierung und Durchführung der Generierung und Sammlung von Real World Data, die durch Medical Affairs Programme wie nicht-interventionelle Studien, nicht-prozessuale Aktivitäten, IIS oder Compassionate-Use-Programme erhoben werden
- Leitung medizinischer Projekte (z.B. nationale Symposien, Beiratssitzungen)
- Aufbau und Pflege von medizinisch-wissenschaftlichem Fachwissen zur Entwicklung und Genehmigung von Marketingmaterialien sowie die Gewährleistung zur Einhaltung lokaler gesetzlicher Bestimmungen und interner Standardarbeitsanweisungen

Qualifikation
- Vorzugsweise abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Medizin, Pharmazie oder Biowissenschaften sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Diabetes
- Pharmazeutische Erfahrung in medizinischen Angelegenheiten und Kenntnisse in der Arzneimittelentwicklung und Pharmakovigilanz sowie zu wissenschaftlichen oder regulatorischen Themen
- Gute Kenntnisse bei der Generierung, Veröffentlichung und Interpretation von wissenschaftlichen Informationen in klinisch relevante Daten nach den Kriterien der evidenzbasierten Medizin
- Ausgeprägte unternehmerische Denkweise und gründliche Kenntnisse des Marketings, der Bedürfnisse externer Kunden sowie der Notwendigkeit der Compliance
- Die Fähigkeit, sowohl die geschäftlichen als auch die medizinischen Bedürfnisse zu verstehen, um ein Klima für eine effektive Medico/Marketing-Partnerschaft zu schaffen
- Überlegene organisatorische, analytische und entscheidungsfindende Fähigkeiten unter strategischen Gesichtspunkten mit Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Proaktive Haltung, Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie gute Verhandlungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fliessend Englisch und Deutsch; Französisch oder Italienisch ein Plus
- Begrenzte Auslandreisen für Kongresse oder zu Schulungszwecken
