Das Investment Compliance Team von Swiss Life Asset Managers überwacht die Anlagerichtlinien, der von uns verwalteten Portfolios und fungiert als erste Anlaufstelle für unser Portfoliomanagement im Zuge von Investment Compliance-Fragestellungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Mitarbeiter/in, der/die uns bei der Umsetzung der Anforderungen im Investment Compliance-Bereich unterstützt.
Die Rolle
- Mitarbeit bei der täglichen Anlagegrenzprüfung von Fonds und Mandaten, insbesondere bei Real-Assets-Produkten (Immobilien, Infrastruktur)
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung von Anlagerichtlinien vor allem mit Fokus auf ESG-Restriktionen, sowie Mitarbeit bei der Aufsetzung einer korrekten Investment Compliance der ESG-Anforderungen
- Aufsetzung neuer Regeln und Portfolios in SimCorp Dimension Compliance Manager und deren fortlaufende Wartung
- Diverse Analyse von einfachen bis sehr komplexen Anforderungen aus dem Tagesgeschäft, durch Erstellung von Reports und Ad-hoc Analysen zwischen, sowie aus unterschiedliche Datenquellen (Data Warehouse, SimCorp Dimension, MSCI BarraOne und ESG Manager)
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie eigenständige Entwicklung von Automatisierungen manueller Arbeitsprozesse durch Aufsetzen von Macros (Excel) und Reports, sowie Abfragen auf Basis des internen Data Warehouse
- Unterstützung bei den steigenden Anforderungen im Monitoring und der Berichterstattung des Gebundenen Vermögens
Expertise
- Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich BWL, Banking & Finance oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrungen im Asset Management / Financial Service sowie Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Anlagegrenzen für Mandate (BVV2) und in der Fondsregulierung von Vorteil (KKV, KKV-FINMA, OGAW)
- Interesse an Finanzprodukten sowie an Datenstrukturen und systemtechnischen Fragen
- Sehr gute Excel
- und VBA-Kenntnisse. Von Vorteil Erfahrung in Programmiersprachen (SQL, R, etc.) und im Einsatz von SimCorp Dimension
- Initiative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten und hoher Zahlenaffinität
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie sorgfältige, gewissenhafte, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
